性能特点 Features

全自动粘钉一体机由供纸，折叠部和打钉部，排齐校正部组成。变频调速，操作简单可靠。自动折叠，自动计数，自动堆码输出。平均钉箱速度60米/分，70-110片。粘箱速度130米/分，100-200片。

A.供纸部

1.采用皮带前缘吸风走纸方式，准确可靠。

2.采用高档的电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使供纸部可单独控制，操作简单可靠。

3.压纸轮可调，适合纸板厚度为2—8mm。

4.供纸部的前挡板和走纸皮带左右可调。

B.

1.主电机采用变频调速，系统无噪音，调速灵活、稳定。

2.采用进口高磨擦力皮带输送纸板，自动折叠。

C.计数堆积部

1.采用数字控制，操作简单，动作可靠，可不停机输入数据，自动计数，准确输出。
