粘箱机是纸箱厂用于粘合折叠式纸箱的机械设备，分上折叠式和下折叠式二类。粘箱机一般由送纸部、纠偏部、痕线整形部、涂胶部、折叠部、计数排出部组成。一般意义上的粘箱机是指瓦楞纸板的整个成箱过程全部由机械完成的设备，不包括由人力参与折叠和纠正的简单涂胶装置。粘箱机的前端能够连线上印式或下印式的水印开槽模切机，粘箱机的后端能够连线全自动捆包机和全自动码垛机，使瓦楞纸箱的生产流水线化，提高了生产效率和降低生产成本。
半自动粘箱机是指纸箱在胶合成型过程中部分动作需要由人工参与完成的机械装置。半自动粘箱机不能和纸箱生产流水线连线使用。
Carton gluing machine is the mechanical equipment used by carton factory to glue folding cartons. It is divided into upper folding type and lower folding type. The gluing machine is generally composed of paper feeding part, deviation correction part, mark line shaping part, gluing part, folding part and counting and discharging part. In the general sense, the gluing machine refers to the equipment that the whole cartoning process of corrugated board is completed by machinery, excluding the simple gluing device with human participation in folding and correction. The front end of the gluing machine can be connected with the upper printing or lower printing watermark slotting die-cutting machine, and the rear end of the gluing machine can be connected with the full-automatic baling machine and the full-automatic palletizing machine, so as to streamline the production of corrugated boxes, improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
Semi automatic gluing machine refers to the mechanical device that part of the actions of cartons need to be completed by manual participation in the gluing process. The semi-automatic gluing machine cannot be connected with the carton production line.
